Syntax

Description	Whether someone can remove the wanted status from a player
Syntax	canUnwant(Player target, Player actor)
Returns	"canUnwant" (boolean): A yes or no answer "message" (string): The message that is shown when the answer is no

Arguments

target (Player)

The player to make wanted by the police

actor (Player)

The player requesting the wanted status
